Navarro Regional Hospital Labor and Delivery Unit delivers an average of 45 or more babies per month with the services of four Obstetricians and our registered/licensed nursing staff. Features of the third-floor hospital unit include:

Upon admittance, the hospital offers labor rooms in a relaxing environment. Behind the scenes, advanced fetal and maternal monitoring equipment checks the condition of both mother and infant throughout the birth process, ensuring health and safety.

At Navarro Regional Hospital you can expect to enjoy a compassionate birthing experience provided by our skilled and experienced obstetricians, nurses and staff. We take pride in your experience and the skill of our team in helping you bring your bundle of joy into the world. To enhance your experience, we provide added benefits that include:

  • Childbirth Classes – We offer free childbirth education classes to new moms and dads as well as those who need a refresher.
  • Sibling Classes - We offer free sibling classes for children ages 2 to 8 on becoming a big brother or sister
  • Information via our website through our Health Resources - When you visit our homepage and click on the Health Resources link, you have access to a wealth of current information on pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Celebration Song - We celebrate each baby's arrival by playing the celebration song that announces the birth of your new baby to everone in the hospital.
