In 2009, Navarro Regional Hospital served approximately 23,000 patients in our E.R. And that’s why we are excited to announce the groundbreaking for our new Emergency Department expansion. Scheduled for completion in Fall 2010, the 9,000-sq.-ft. addition to the Emergency Department will feature:
- 14 treatment rooms
- Private consult room for families and physicians
- Private registration area
- “Express care” dedicated to minor illness/injury
- Dedicated trauma and decontamination area
- Advanced medical equipment complete with digital radiology
- Expected completion December 2010
- Complete expansion will be more than 9,000 sq ft.
